Pie Crust

1 Cup flour - chilled
1/3 cup + 1 Tbsp. cold butter
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 cup ice water + more if needed

Cut butter and salt into flour with 2 knives until pea-sized pieces form.
Stir in water gradually until the right consistency for rolling.
Use flour on counter and rolling pin to roll out crust.
