Black Bean Burritos

8 flour tortillas (6” diameter)
1 (12 oz.) jar fat-free black bean dip
1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
1 pkg. (10 oz.) shredded lettuce
1 jar (10 oz.) salsa


Preheat oven to 400º. Soften tortillas in microwave (30 sec.). Place 2 Tbsp dip, 2 Tbsp cheese, sprinkling of lettuce down center of each tortilla. Roll up and place in foil lined tray. Place 1 Tbsp salsa over each burrito. Bake 10 minutes.
