Greek Pita Pockets

Meat
Tomatoes 
Cucumber
Fresh baby spinach leaves 
Pita pockets 

SAUCE
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 T fresh lemon juice 
1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce 
1 T vinager 
Garlic
1 T minced onion 
Salt
Pepper

Thin slices meat and marinate in some of the sauce. Lay meat on lined tray and broil on one side until done. 
Wrap Pita pockets in fooil and warm in oven. 

(We like more sauce so double it or add a little more of each ingredient. I've also added a bit of mayonnaise to increase it.
