½ cup balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
garlic
1 tsp. crushed dried rosemary
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
1½ lbs skirt steak
In
a re-sealable plastic bag combine all ingredients and let marinate at
room temperature for 15 minutes or 1 day in the refrigerator. Grill on
each side for 4 minutes. Cover with foil and let rest 5 minutes. Slice
and serve.
