Waldorf Quinoa Salad


1 2/3 Cup quinoa
4 Cups water (drain if leftover water)
Grapes/cherries/craisins or other fruit 
1 1/2 Cup pecans
Green onions 
3-4 ribs celery 

Dressing 
1/3 Cup balsamic vinegar (white or dark)
1/3 pure maple syrup
1/3 cup extra lights olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
