4 pounds potatoes peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces
salt and pepper
1¾ cup half-and-half
4 Tbsp (½ stick) butter
2 Tbsp fresh chives chopped
2 Tbsp fresh parsley chopped
Cook
potatoes then return to pot. In a small saucepan combine half-and-half
and butter. Bring to a simmer. Mash potatoes adding sauce a little at a
time until fluffy. (If lacking if flavor, sprinkle with 1/2 tsp Ranch Dressing mix powder.)
