3 large tomatoes, sliced thick
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1 green (or red) pepper - sliced
1 cucumber, thinly sliced
Salt and pepper
3 Tbsp. Vinegar (I use red wine vinegar)
3 Tbsp. Salad oil
1 tsp. Paprika
1/2 tsp. Dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Celery seed (optional)
1. Arrange layers of vegetables in bowl; sprinkling each
with salt and pepper.
2. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over
vegetables; cover and chill several hours, gently lifting vegetables from time
to time.
