Snickerdoodles


1 c. Softened butter
2 eggs
1/2 t. Salt
1 1/2 c. Sugar
2 3/4 c. Flour
1 t. Baking soda
1 t. Vanilla
 
Cream butter and sugars.  Add eggs and vanilla.  Mix well. 
And the rest of the ingredients.  Roll into balls and into a cinnamon sugar mixture. 
Bake individual balls at 375 for 8-10 minutes.
 
Cinnamon sugar ratio - 4 T. Sugar to 4 t. Cinnamon.
